The room was perfect with a lovely balcony overlooking the dam and the location was awesome being close to the city center.

Had a fine time. This hotel was a chilled-out base for rest. Incredible location short walk to the shore of the Kurdzhali dam, and Tatul sanctuary, I felt safe. Easily reached Klemm's Smoke Haus, located within a close distance from the property, had lunch/dinner there. The room was great-sized and brand-new with queen bed, the staff were accommodating!

The room was modern, featured a refrigerator, a seating area, and a writing table. The offered breakfast was perfect and included a wide array of options...

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the super friendly staff here for making my stay incredibly comfy 😊.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable for the fantastic location close to the beautiful artificial lake. The basic amenities and rooms, especially the ones on the ground floor, are well-maintained and clean. The balcony in our room provided an amazing view of the dam. The staff were very friendly and provided great service. The breakfast options were delicious and varied, ensuring a good start to the day.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location is simply breathtaking. Situated close to the artificial lake, the hotel offers a mesmerizing view of the dam. My room, located on the ground floor, had a very nice balcony overlooking the dam, where I could relax and enjoy the view. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a good variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the attention to detail and the quality of the food.

Spent my Easter at a resort with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The restaurant had a very impressive menu with delicious dishes, and the pool was clean and well-maintained. The gardens were well taken care of too, adding a beautiful and calming atmosphere.

Parking space was limited, and even though I was a guest, there was still non-hotel guests parking around the resort. the road leading to the resort was a disaster and not well-maintained.

The stunning view and modern interior of the hotel made me feel right at home on my business trip. the staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist me with any requests I had. I especially enjoyed the tasty food offerings - the menu had a good balance of local and modern dishes.

Located within walking distance to the artificial lake, the hotel has an impeccable view of the island. the well-maintained swimming pool and restaurant with delicious food were a bonus. the modern and well-designed rooms with comfortable beds and equipped bathrooms were a pleasure to stay in. the staff was attentive and hospitable, adding to the pleasant experience.

The restaurant at the hotel served delicious European dishes and fish specialties. We had a truly memorable dining experience, with the wide selection of wines complementing our meals perfectly. It felt like being transported to a fancy gourmet restaurant, but with the added bonus of a stunning view of the Kardzhali Reservoir.
